School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Coal Center, Pennsylvania

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) eager to make a difference in school-based settings. Two full-time, in-person positions are open for dedicated SLPs to provide services throughout Washington and Greene counties in Pennsylvania. These contract roles offer the fulfillment of supporting K-12 students and collaborating with outstanding educational teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid PA SLP Educator Certificate
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work across multiple sites
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Comfortable with travel between sites within Washington and Greene counties

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students according to their IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, evaluations, and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Engage in scheduled training sessions and professional development activities

Role Details:

• Position 1: Based at Washington Park Elementary with a caseload of 50 students; training August 13–14 (8 AM–3:30 PM); school year August 26–June 3; regular hours 7:30 AM–3 PM
• Position 2: Travels to Bethlehem-Center Elementary, Fort Cherry Elementary, and Waynesburg schools; training August 13, 14, and 17 (8 AM–3:30 PM); school year August 20 start; standard schedule 7:30 AM–3 PM
