This full-time contract opportunity is located in the Brockton, MA area, with regular hours Monday through Friday.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (Massachusetts)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with high school-aged client needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Carry and manage a full-time high school student caseload
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Document and report progress, maintaining compliance with all relevant school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on speech and language development
