Two full-time SLP roles are available, working with a diverse PreK-12 student population from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible New Mexico SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcome (supervision available)
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy to meet the needs of a diverse caseload, spanning PreK through high school
- Excited to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support teams
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across grade levels (PreK-12)
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Track progress, maintain data and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team activities, and parent consultations
- Consult with educators and provide classroom-based strategies to support carryover of skills
- Provide mentorship and guidance as appropriate, especially if holding the CCC credential
