School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Aurora, Colorado

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team for a contract position based near Aurora, CO. This engaging opportunity offers flexibility for either part-time or full-time schedules through the end of the school year, providing you the chance to create meaningful impact across multiple school sites.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required before starting
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must
• Previous experience in schools is preferred
• Openness to working with Clinical Fellows (CFs) is welcomed
• Must be comfortable traveling between sites in an itinerant role
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K12
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
• Travel to multiple campuses onsite to provide consistent and effective services
• Support diverse student groups, including English Language Learners
