School Speech Language Pathologist - San Antonio, TX

What We're Seeking:

• Active SLP license; CCC credentials strongly preferred
• Previous school-based or high school Speech-Language Pathology experience
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
• Proficiency conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing evidence-based therapy
• Strong organizational and case management skills to handle a full caseload of students
• Collaborative spirit to work alongside educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve high school students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and administer individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
• Engage in ongoing assessments and progress monitoring
• Document interventions and student outcomes in compliance with district/state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents and staff
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment for every student
