Provide speech and language therapy to PreK-3rd grade students with mild to moderate disabilities, develop individualized plans, collaborate with educators and families, and maintain compliance with school and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to PreK-3rd grade students with mild to moderate disabilities.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress and communication goals.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, or an equivalent degree.
- Maryland State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting.
- Experience working with PreK-3rd grade students with mild to moderate disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Background check clearance.
- Ability to work on-site in Newark, MD.
