General Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Social Worker License
- Master's degree or higher in social work with a specialization in school social work from a regionally accredited institution
- Successful completion of an Illinois approved program for the preparation of school social workers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent human relations skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Terms of Employment: 180-day position with wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board of Education and the Danville Education Association
Reports to: Building Administrator and Special Education Director
