As a School Site Coordinator with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, you will lead day-to-day operations of a school-based Club site, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for youth after school. You will coordinate academic support, enrichment, and health-focused programs, supervise staff and volunteers, and build strong relationships with school partners and families.
Responsibilities include scheduling and implementing BGCA programs, ensuring compliance with safety and reporting standards, tracking attendance and outcomes, and supporting youth behavior and social-emotional development while modeling BGCA’s mission and values.
