Qualifications:
- Current Illinois LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist I) endorsement required
- Minimum of one year of Special Education teaching experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Job Details:
- Location: Near Mokena, IL
- Setting: Elementary Resource Program
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- End Date: May 28, 2027
- Pay Rate: $50-$55 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Modify and adapt curriculum, lessons, and classroom materials to meet individual learning needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and student progress
- Participate in and help facilitate IEP meetings with families and multidisciplinary team members
- Create a structured, positive environmentt for students
