School Psychologist - Winchester, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current or eligible certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, working with elementary, middle, or high school students
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and communication abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practices, equity, and diversity in education

Responsibilities & Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services including evaluation, counseling, and consultation for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans
• Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Help create a safe, supportive learning environment by implementing crisis intervention and prevention strategies
• Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to student needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer data-driven insights to inform school decision-making
• Support Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives and social-emotional learning programming
