Qualifications and Experience:

- Solid understanding of IEP processes, multi-tiered systems of support, and special education law
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with school staff, parents, and students
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations and interpret assessment data to guide interventions
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop effective strategies supporting student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for accommodations and supports
- Offer individual and group counseling to assist with emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
- Consult with parents and caregivers to support student development and well-being
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation complies with district, state, and federal guidelines
