Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to working across multiple schools while maintaining balance and organization
• Commitment to supporting student growth and well-being
• Must be available to work onsite, with flexibility for remote work as outlined

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings for educational planning
• Participate in eligibility and IEP/ARD meetings
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to provide recommendations
• Develop support strategies in line with the districts workload methodology
• Consult with school teams to promote positive student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all federal and state guidelines
