School Psychologist

We're currently seeking a full-time, in-person School Psychologist to support a school in Hampshire County, Massachusetts for the school year.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success through assessment, counseling/intervention, consultation with school teams, and participation in student support planning. You'll work on-site supporting middle and high school populations in a collaborative school setting.

Position Details:

• Role: School Psychologist
• Location: Hampshire County, MA -- On-site
• Pay: $50-$60/hr.
• School Level: Middle & High School
• Duration: school year

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts DESE School Psychologist license - Initial or Professional
• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
• School-based practicum/field experience as required for MA licensure

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify student strengths/needs and inform eligibility for services
• Provide individual and group counseling to support emotional regulation, coping skills, peer relationships, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on classroom strategies, behavior supports, and intervention planning
• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings and multidisciplinary problem‑solving teams as needed
• Support prevention and promotion efforts (e.g., SEL, trauma-informed practices, positive behavior supports)
• Assist with crisis response and post-crisis student/staff support when needed
• Use data to monitor progress and evaluate effectiveness of interventions; support evidence-based decision‑making
