Unlock a meaningful opportunity by serving students and staff across multiple campuses as a School Psychologist. Work with learners in grades K-12 within a supportive, district-wide setting, providing vital services in four buildings. This contract position offers a stable full-time schedule35 to 37.5 hours weeklyspanning the academic school year from late August through mid-June.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate required
- Experience with K-12 student populations highly desired
- Ability to manage a balanced caseload across multiple buildings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
- Collaborative approach toward working with teachers, administration, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Deliver intervention and counseling services for students, individually and in groups
- Consult with faculty and staff to design and monitor effective support strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Support a positive, inclusive climate focused on student success and well-being
- Document progress and complete all necessary reports and evaluations in a timely manner
This contract role is a chance to make an impact throughout the district by supporting both students and educators. The assignment runs from 8/26/26 to 6/14/27, ensuring consistency and ongoing collaboration alongside district staff.
