Qualifications:
- Must hold valid RIDE certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with middle and high school populations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive services
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing school needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver counseling services and crisis interventions to students as needed
- Consult with staff, families, and stakeholders to support student progress
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality standards
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
This contract position features:
- 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Pay ranging from $50 to $55 per hour, with weekly direct deposit
