Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in California
• Previous experience in educational or school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of evaluations, functional behavior assessments, and the development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage confidential information ethically and responsibly

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including initial assessments, reevaluations, and eligibility determinations
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, families, and other specialists to promote student success
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Offer guidance and support through counseling and intervention strategies as needed
