Skills & Experience We Value:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in a school setting, ideally with elementary-age children
- Knowledge of assessment methods, intervention strategies, and IEP development
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to support multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with writing detailed reports, progress updates, and evaluations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct psychological services to students, supporting their emotional and academic well-being
- Complete comprehensive evaluations to inform individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Write and update IEPs and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
- Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating to achieve student goals
- Engage with teachers and families, offering guidance and support tailored to each childs needs
This part-time opportunity (3 days per week) is centered at the elementary level, allowing you to have an impact while maintaining a balanced schedule. Youll work alongside dedicated staff and benefit from a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on student growth.
