Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold an active Michigan School Psychologist license
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 student populations
• Familiarity with comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Proficient in developing student-centered interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
• Flexible and resourceful approach to challenges

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a K-12th grade caseload, providing direct psychological and counseling services
• Conduct multifaceted assessments to identify student needs and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Serve as a resource on Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster a safe, positive learning environment
• Support crisis intervention and prevention programs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team activities
