Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with conducting psychological and educational assessments
• Proficiency in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and counseling services

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations to students referred for assessment
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students academic and behavioral needs
• Write clear, concise, and timely reports and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Offer individual and group counseling for students coping with social, emotional, or behavioral issues
• Contribute expertise to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
• Consult with faculty and families regarding evidence-based intervention strategies
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
