School Psychologist
We are hiring for a great client in Dallas, TX. This is an on-site contract opportunity for a School Psychologist who will provide psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation services to support students' academic and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive evaluation reports
- Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
- Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Assist in the development of behavioral intervention plans
- Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with special education laws and district policies
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active TX LSSP Certification
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a school setting
- Strong report writing and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of IDEA and special education compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
