Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Florida certification in School Psychology
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to work with students, parents and all school personnel
Performance Responsibilities:
- Consult with parent, teacher and administrator consultation
- Serve on Student Support Team and Exceptional Student Education Staffing Committees
- Provide positive academic and behavioral supports across all tiers (universal, small group and individual)
- Do data collection and analysis
- Complete progress monitoring
- Do classroom observations of students
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Participate in professional development
- Participate on CARE Team
- Provide support activities for the implementation of district-wide initiatives
- Provide parent and teacher in-service trainings
- Complete evaluations and write reports
- Section 504 eligibility determination
- Functional behavioral assessment and behavior improvement plans
- Psycho-educational evaluations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Exceptional Student Education and Student Services and/or designee
