School Psychologist - Bridgeville, DE

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with PreK students
• Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for PreK students
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver counseling, consultation, and intervention services to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers and families to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Interpret assessment data and share findings with educational teams
• Support staff development through training and resources related to student mental health and learning differences
• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with regulatory requirements
