Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Georgia School Psychologist Certification
- Proven experience working with K-12th grade students preferred
- Strong background in conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing professional reports
- Expertise in participating in and supporting IEP meetings and documentation
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse and dynamic caseload
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students, ensuring all processes comply with state and federal guidelines
- Provide expert input during IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and reports to support student growth and development
- Offer consultative support for interventions, behavior strategies, and counseling as needed
- Play a key role in developing and implementing individualized student plans
