School Pediatric Individual Care Nurse

Job Description

LPN - School Individual Care Nurse:

Caring and Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide nursing care for a medically fragile little boy while at school

Meet child at home for transportation pick up and drop off in Charlotte, NC 28226

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:45AM - 4:00PM

Hourly Pay: LPN-$33

LPN Nursing Duties:

• Document care on tablet
• Administer Medication
• Assist wheelchair user with ADL's and Repositioning
• Administer G-tube Feedings
• Monitor for Seizures
• Provide Respiratory Treatments

Job Requirements:

• LPN Experience: One year of LPN experience within the last 3 years
• Must complete online assessments
• Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
