Leave Replacement Positions available at various schools. Replacement for nurse on a leave of absence. Length of positions may vary. Successful clearance of criminal history. All substitutes must be BOE approved. Requirements: New Jersey School Nurse Certificate or Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university/ A current NJ Registered Nurse License Current CPR, AED Certificates Effective: School Year Salary: Days 1-20 - $250.00 a day (sub nurse rate) Day 21+ = $340.00 per day HTEA 26/27 STEP 1 BA Teacher Guide Benefits: Leave replacement teachers receive benefits after 5 consecutive months of working (single health benefits) In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off.
