School Director: Open & Lead a Premier Early-Learning Center

Primrose School of Germantown at Century is seeking a School Director to open and shape a brand new campus scheduled to welcome families in early 2027. You’ll lead a team, create a safe, healthy environment, and set a culture where children and colleagues thrive.

The role focuses on enrolling families, overseeing daily operations, upholding Primrose standards, and partnering with the onsite owner to deliver a premium learning experience for children from their first five years.
