School Crossing Guard (Multiple Openings) Location: Winter Park, FL Pay $18.50 per hour School Crossing Guards work before and after school, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Typical schedules is up to 2 hours per day. Candidates working both assigned shifts receive up to total daily earnings of $37.00. Make a Difference Every School Day Every morning and afternoon, School Crossing Guards help create a safer route for students walking to and from school. As a School Crossing Guard, you'll become a familiar and trusted presence in your neighborhood while helping children cross the street safely. What You'll Do · Assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings · Help maintain safe traffic flow around schools · Watch for changing traffic conditions · Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers · Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications · Must be at least 18 years old · Reliable and dependable · Comfortable working outdoors · Able to stand during scheduled shifts · Strong communication and observation skills · Applicants living in or near Winter Park may be better suited for the scheduled shift times. Schedule Expectations This is a very part-time position with shifts before and after school. Candidates seeking full-time or midday hours may not find this schedule to be the best fit.
