HFM BOCES Special Education has an opening and is accepting applications for a 10-month, full-time, tenure track School Counselor. There may be an additional opportunity for summer work for the Extended School Year Program.
HFM BOCES Special Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team for the school year. The ideal candidate will serve students at our program locations in Mayfield, Gloversville, Johnstown, Canajoharie and Fort Plain.
In this role, you will:
- Support students, classrooms, and families
- Provide positive behavior supports and interventions
- Advocate for student needs
- Offer guidance within a nurturing, therapeutic learning environment
