This role supports students across elementary and middle school levels, providing guidance and counseling services at multiple campuses. Key Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Texas
• Experience supporting elementary and/or middle school-aged children-school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Flexibility to travel between campuses as needed
• A passion for creating positive outcomes for students

Major Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct counseling services to students, focusing on academic, emotional, and social growth
• Assess student needs and develop individualized support strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation per district and regulatory standards
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to campus-wide initiatives
• Support crisis intervention efforts and provide preventative guidance programming
• Foster a welcoming, supportive environment on each campus

This position offers 16 hours per week across approximately five campuses, serving around 30 students. The district will provide caseload specifics as the assignment begins, ensuring you have the resources and information to succeed.
