Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid LPC license in Texas (LPC license in TX required)
- Strong background in academic and social-emotional counseling within school settings
- Experience working with diverse student populations, preferably across both elementary and middle school grades
- Outstanding communication, listening, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a rotating caseload across multiple campuses
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management abilities
- Deliver counseling and support services for approximately 30 students as assigned
- Split hours across five designated campuses, collaborating with both elementary and middle schools
- Address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges through individual and small group sessions
- Serve as a resource for faculty, staff, and parents regarding student concerns
- Develop and implement intervention plans and crisis response strategies when needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Contribute to enhancing a positive, inclusive, and supportive campus climate
