The SSFUSD community includes 15 schools supporting 8,000 students in Daly City, San Bruno, and South San Francisco.
Job Summary
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, promote and coordinate the delivery of services to the identified students and parents through involvement in various school programs and other activities; perform liaison duties between schools and parents; refer families to local agencies or school services as appropriate; locate and identify students and families in accordance with the established guidelines; prepare and maintain related files, records, and reports. Conduct 6 home visits per family as stated in project contract; attend all monthly parent education meetings as scheduled.
