School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Rancho Cordova, California

This position, available immediately through the end of the school year, serves a diverse range of learners from elementary to young adults. As the SLP, your schedule spans two days per week at an elementary environment in Rancho Cordova, one day at an alternative high school and 18-22-year-old community programs, and two days at two separate elementary schools in Folsom. Each location offers unique opportunities to collaborate with dedicated educators and provide essential speech and language services tailored to individual student needs.
Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Active state licensure or eligibility
• Schools-based experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct therapy to students
• Serve a mixed caseload including elementary, alternative high school, and young adult learners
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation
