School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Magalia, California

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
• Ability to provide in-person services two days weekly; open to candidates interested in virtual roles
• Eligible to supervise SLPA staff or eager to develop supervision skills
• Previous work with diverse student populations is a plus
• Must hold (or be eligible for) California SLP licensure

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students in 1-2 classrooms
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions, either in-person or virtually, to support individual student goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to develop IEPs and provide comprehensive care
• Supervise, mentor, and support SLPA as needed
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student progress and strategies
