Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold active state licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLPA
- Recent experience working within school settings, preferably with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive rapport with students, families, and educators
- Proactive approach to collaborating on IEP teams and supporting diverse student needs
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 44-50 elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and monitor student progress as part of the IEP process
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff
- Maintain accurate records and deliver therapy in both group and individual sessions
- Serve as an advocate for students' communication development during the maternity leave period
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
