School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | De Pere, Wisconsin

Qualifications/Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• At least 1 year of experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Experience with diverse caseloads including elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports consistent with district and regulatory requirements
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to deliver comprehensive student support
• Provide therapy through evidence-based practices, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Support communication and self-advocacy skills to promote academic success

This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution within a supportive school environment. The assignment runs from the end of August 2026 through early June 2027, with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours a week and a manageable, diverse caseload.
