Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license for the state of Ohio, with CCC credential required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but all passionate candidates will be considered
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and progress reporting
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with varying needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one therapy sessions in a supportive school environment
