School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Cedar Creek, Texas

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active, state-issued SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or relevant school-based/healthcare SLP experience
• Familiarity with caseload management-approximately 50 students
• Experience in creating and updating IEP goals, tracking student progress, and conducting comprehensive evaluations
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students, supporting their educational and developmental needs
• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments; document findings and provide recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings (with scheduling support from facilitators), updating progress and writing new student goals as needed
• Complete all required logs, reports, and paperwork with timely accuracy
• Balance in-person and remote responsibilities, effectively managing therapy sessions and evaluations

• Hybrid work model: Enjoy the flexibility to work from home two days each week if in-person meetings aren't scheduled and therapy and evaluation requirements are up-to-date
