School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Buda, Texas

What you'll bring:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Openness to supervising SLPAs for select placements
• Commitment to supporting students from ASAP through the end of the school year

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders at elementary and secondary levels
• Develop and deliver IEP-driven therapy, progress monitoring, and student assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, as needed
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
