Qualifications & Experience:

• Active or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• CCC-SLP or CFY welcome
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in designing and carrying out IEP-directed interventions
• Enjoy working with K-6 grade students in a supportive team setting

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-6
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and document improvements according to school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families
• Serve as an on-site resource for faculty regarding communication disorders and supportive strategies
