Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current CA SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates welcome
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and IEP processes

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Maintain detailed and timely records in compliance with district and state policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
• Provide both direct and consultative services to students, as needed
