School Based- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

PLS has been serving children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our 5,000+ square foot area learning center since 2017.

Essential Functions of the RBT position:

• Serve as a vital part of a treatment team to make a big difference for children and their families
• Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn using play and other naturalistic activities
• Work with supervising BCBAs to implement learning interventions
• Collect data for intervention analysis
• Document progress on goals and other clinical documentation for patient records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/College Degree Preferred
• Must have a active RBT Certification
• Experience working with children/individuals with disabilities
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team and passion for making a difference
• Duval County School Badge
