The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in the Ashland City, TN area.

Position Highlights

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
• Provide behavioral consultation and support
• Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavior strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support teachers, administrators, and families
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as applicable
• Travel between school sites as needed

Student Population

You’ll work with students from elementary through high school with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Emotional Disturbance (ED)
• Other Health Impairments (OHI)
• Medically fragile students
• Other behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
• Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

School-based experience is preferred, but not required.
