The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Jacksonville, FL area for the school year . These are full-time, onsite opportunities supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups.

Position Details
- School Year: August 10, 2026 - May 28, 2027
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 7 billable hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- 35 hours per week
- Onsite services only
- Grade Levels: Pre-K through Grade 12
- Opportunities to support multiple school sites throughout the district
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Train school staff on specialized behavioral strategies and data collection
- Provide modeling, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
- Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
- Travel between school sites as needed

- Emotional Disturbance (ED)
- Other Health Impairments (OHI)
- Medically fragile students
- Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
