Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Haverford School District, working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for BCBAs in ACS who are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. Bonus of $2,500: first installment after the first billable service; second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. Note: bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours; if not achieved within 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
Pay - $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after certification (independent contractor / 1099).
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
- Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
- Assess a student\'s instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
- Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
- Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
- Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
Qualifications
- Master\'s Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
- BCBA certification
- Working experience after BCBA certification

Note: The school-based BCBA is an independent contractor (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
