About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Charm City Therapy in Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement behavior support plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior plans
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of applied behavior analysis
- Input data into IEP/follow IEP requirements
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others
