What We're Looking For:

  High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  n
n
• n

  Experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred)

  n

• n

  Ability to provide classroom support and assist students with daily activities

  n
n
• n

  Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

  n
n
• n

  Current CPR certification (if applicable)

  n
n
• n

  TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

  n
n
• n

  Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  n
n
• n

  Must be at least 18 years of age

  n
n

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist teachers with classroom activities and instructional support

  Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed

  Support students with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs

  Help maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment

  Monitor students during classroom, playground, lunch, and transition periods

• n

  Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities
