Scheduling Team Lead — Champion Team Productivity

The IMA Group is seeking a Scheduling Team Leader to support our growing Scheduling Department. The role focuses on guiding scheduling staff, tracking productivity, and ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately for disability evaluations and related services.

You will work closely with leadership, coordinate tasks, and contribute to process improvements while upholding HIPAA confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.
