Scheduler ManagerSenior Helpers is a leading provider of in-home senior care, dedicated to helping seniors age safely and comfortably in their homes. We are growing and looking for a highly organized, motivated Scheduler Manager to join our team and help ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality care.Position SummaryThe Scheduler Manager is responsible for overseeing all caregiver scheduling operations, ensuring every client receives reliable and continuous care. This role manages daily scheduling, supervises scheduling staff (if applicable), and works closely with caregivers, clients, and office leadership to maintain full shift coverage and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize caregiver schedules for multiple clientsEnsure all client shifts are staffed appropriately and consistentlyRespond quickly to call-outs, schedule changes, and last-minute needsMatch caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferencesMonitor overtime and staffing levels to maintain efficiencyCommunicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staffTrain and support scheduling staff (if applicable)Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentationCollaborate with recruiting and management teams to meet staffing needsParticipate in on-call rotation as neededQualificationsPrevious scheduling experience preferred (home care or healthcare preferred)Supervisory or management experience strongly preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft OfficeProfessional, dependable, and customer-service orientedWhat We OfferCompetitive pay (based on experience)Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call supportSupportive team environmentOpportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding companyMeaningful work making a difference in seniors’ livesWhy Join Senior Helpers?At Senior Helpers, you’re not just filling shifts—you’re ensuring seniors receive the care they need to stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home.
