Scheduling Manager

This Scheduling Manager will lead all construction scheduling activities for large, complex mission-critical construction projects. The role is highly autonomous and serves as the project's scheduling expert, partnering with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive schedule performance, identify risks, analyze impacts, and develop recovery strategies. This is a strategic scheduling role focused on influencing project outcomes, not simply maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5-7 years of construction scheduling experience on large commercial projects
• Prior leadership or team management experience
• Experience developing project schedules from the ground up
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and schedule logic
• Experience with CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling
• Experience with EVM, TIA, and WBS methodologies
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject
• Experience with schedule analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Mission-critical, data center, federal, or large-scale infrastructure project experience
• Schedule impact and delay analysis experience
• Advanced resource loading and manpower planning experience
• Experience with histograms, activity coding, and earned value reporting
• Experience managing multiple schedulers or project controls personnel
