Amada OC INC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support seniors and their families by organizing reliable, compassionate in-home care. In this role, you will build and manage caregiver schedules, match caregivers to client needs and preferences, and respond quickly to changes, call-outs, and urgent requests. You will communicate frequently with caregivers, clients, and families, updating schedules in our software and ensuring accurate records.
